Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a compensation advisor supporting assigned client groups
- Partner with HR Talent Business Advisors to address compensation needs
- Support the execution of enterprise compensation programs
Skills & Capabilities:
- Consulting acumen, with the ability to understand client needs
- Analytical skills, with the ability to work with market data.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
- 5 years of relevant experience, including 2–3 years of compensation or HR analytics
- Foundational knowledge of compensation and market practices
