- Manage all compensation benchmarking and market analyses across the company.
- Participate in third-party compensation surveys, maintain job matches, and prepare market analysis for base pay programs.
- Carry out annual benchmarking exercises and centralized wage changes where these exist in specific territories.
Requirements:
- Minimum three years experience in global reward and compensation roles.
- Highly numerate, with strong attention to detail.
- You are a simple, clear, and consistent communicator with strong analytical skills.
