About the Role:

- Partners with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and maintain global job architecture.
- Manage compensation survey participation.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and policies.
What You Bring:
- 7-10 years of experience in Compensation or Total Rewards.
- Experience with job architecture and pay equity analysis.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
