Responsibilities:
- Processes compensation requests from Business Partners and/or management.
- Administers multiple bonus and incentive plans.
- Partners with HRIS to ensure data integrity across Compensation and HR platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient Excel and Canva/Power Point.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
