Job Description
What you’ll do:
- Manage a steady pipeline of inbound and outbound leads.
- Lead outbound prospecting through email and cold-call campaigns.
- Maintain consistent outreach activity across phone, email, and social channels.
Who You Are:
- 1+ years of inside sales or recruitment experience.
- Expertise in managing a large volume of relationships with prospective candidates.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
