Key Responsibilities:
- Define, track, and drive improvements to key engagement indicators.
- Build the product vision and roadmap for experiences that deepen user engagement.
- Design and execute strategies to reduce churn, increase stickiness, and re-engage lapsed users.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of product management experience with a focus on engagement, retention, growth, or lifecycle product development.
- Proven track record of driving measurable improvements to engagement and retention metrics through experimentation and product iteration.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to write SQL queries, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience building personalization frameworks, recommendation systems, or messaging infrastructure.
- Background in consumer products, SaaS, fintech, or healthcare technology.
- Experience applying machine learning or predictive analytics to engagement or retention challenges.
