Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, direct, and monitor multiple client engagements for not-for-profit organizations, including financial audits and compliance.
- Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations and lead change efforts effectively.
- Supervise, develop, and mentor staff, and participate in business development and recruiting activities.
Qualifications:
- CPA License and minimum 5+ years of progressive public accounting experience.
- Highly evolved analytical and problem-solving ability, with proven supervisory and training success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to manage multiple engagements.
Compensation:
- Base salary range targeted at $105,000 - $120,000 per year.
- Discretionary annual bonus based on company and personal performance.
- Minimal travel required (less than 10% per year).
