Position Summary:
- Serves as the relationship manager for financial reporting for a portfolio of chapters using Shared Financial Services.
- Prepares monthly financial statements, reconciles accounts, and creates internal improvements.
- Interacts with all levels of the organization and prepares documentation for senior leadership and Board of Directors.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Leads and manages accounting team members, setting expectations and providing feedback.
- Manages chapter financial needs including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Monitors performance against budget and benchmarks, and serves as primary liaison with chapters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, with at least 3 years of accounting/financial reporting experience.
- Nonprofit accounting experience strongly preferred; CPA designation a bonus.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
