Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate and timely grant invoices while adhering to funder requirements and monitoring budget-to-actual performance.
- Prepare grant expenditure reports and review allocations to ensure alignment with spend-down strategies.
- Mentor grant accountants and assist in improving systems and workflows for efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Degree in accounting or 4-5 years of accounting experience, with non-profit background preferred.
- Strong accuracy, time management, and familiarity with NetSuite or equivalent systems.
- Ability to travel locally and lift up to 25 pounds.
