Senior Engineering Manager, Enterprise AI Product

What you’ll do:

• Lead engineering execution by clarifying priorities, ownership, timelines, risks, and quality expectations.
• Manage engineers and contractors through coaching, feedback, prioritization, and team development.
• Partner with technical and product leadership to turn AI strategy and user experience goals into coordinated plans.

What you bring:

• 15+ years of software development experience with significant engineering leadership roles.
• 5+ years managing technical teams, including senior engineers or individual contributors.
• Technical fluency with AI-enabled products, including LLM applications, RAG workflows, and cross-platform development.

What success looks like:

• Help Thunderbolt transition from R&D incubation to a production-ready, enterprise-grade AI product.
• Define production-ready standards and build the lightweight structure needed for a senior team to ship quickly and sustainably.
