Agile Methodologies
The role:
- You own the plan and priorities across the studio, making trade-off decisions within milestones and ensuring nothing blocks the team.
- You work closely with the Creative Director to handle the plan so they can focus on direction.
- You lead the team's delivery by keeping everyone aligned and motivated.
What you will own:
- Production priorities day to day: the order of work, trade-off calls, and open questions.
- The forward view: every feature in flight, handoffs, and risks caught early.
- The production plan: milestone schedule, forecasts, and replanning.
You:
- You have around five years of games production experience and have shipped at least one PC title.
- You know how games get made across disciplines and can own priorities, not just a schedule.
- You are proactive, independent, and fluent in Jira.
What we offer:
- The whole project with real authority, strong leads, and a Creative Director who wants to hand things over.
- A remote-first, self-motivated team that trusts and supports each other.
- An early opportunity to build something with potential to become big.
