Job Description
The Sr. Workday HR Analyst is responsible for the configuration, support, and optimization of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role provides strategic consultation regarding the HR systems roadmap, including system upgrades, strategic business needs and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities include leading efforts to HR team members participating in functional and regression testing for system fixes, upgrades, and maintenance. They will collaborate with stakeholders to expand the use and functionality of the Workday HRIS application, ensuring system integrity and optimal functionality.
The analyst will partner with Legal and global data compliance representatives to advance the HR Data Quality and Governance Strategy, supporting data privacy in compliance with GDPR. They will also collaborate with Technology teams on issues impacting Workday, maintain HR technology security profiles, and look for process improvements in Workday processes. Develops recurring and ad-hoc reports regarding employee demographics and HR metrics for compliance and business reporting purposes. Configure and maintain various modules within Workday, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, and Absence. The analyst will also serve as a subject matter expert for Workday functionality, provide end-user support and training, and ensure compliance with all domestic and international data requirements.
