Job Description
This position is for a Project Coordinator to coordinate multiple technical teams in a highly dynamic environment. The coordinator will develop budgets and work schedules according to project requirements. They will be responsible for cost estimation and control, monitor project progress, and make adjustments as needed. The Project Coordinator will also coordinate interdepartmental participation to meet project requirements and maintain lines of communication among project team members. They may be responsible for risk management and will report project progress to management.
Further responsibilities include addressing employee and work-related issues, arranging logistics for meetings, organizing project committee meetings, preparing materials, and transcribing key decisions. The coordinator must also be capable of performing financial analytics, including forecasting and variance analysis, and gathering information relevant to the project.
