We are looking for an experienced Principal UX/UI Designer with a bias for action to shape and deliver exceptional user experiences across the SciLeads platform.
You will translate product strategy and complex data-driven requirements into intuitive, smart, and high-impact user experiences that drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
This role operates in a fast-paced, scale-up environment, requiring comfort with ambiguity, rapid context switching, and high accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively influence the product vision through a strong, user-centered design approach aligned to business goals.
Lead end-to-end design from problem identification to delivery, ensuring quality and usability that improve engagement and adoption.
Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and design excellence.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Minimum 5 years’ experience designing UX/UI for SaaS platforms, ideally within Life Sciences or Healthcare.
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, problem-solving, and visual design excellence.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, including prototyping and design systems.
