Requirements:
- Total Experience 4+ years with strong hands-on experience in Workday configuration and business process management.
- Expertise in Talent and Performance modules and a strong understanding of HR business processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in Agile environments.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions for Workday HCM modules.
- Ensure Workday configurations align with business processes, provide issue resolution, and stay updated with latest features and best practices.
- Develop documentation, ensure timely delivery within project timelines, and mentor junior team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and leadership skills for mentoring.
