Job Summary:
- Focus on optimizing email as a means to drive small business owner engagement.
- Report directly to the Senior Manager, Email Marketing
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day email execution including targeting, optimization, scheduling and coordination with the creative team.
- Optimize existing owner touchpoints including content, cadence and creative.
- Build customized and automated owner flows leveraging data collected during the owner onboarding process
Required Skills and Experiences:
- Minimum of a BA degree in a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience as an email marketing specialist.
- Proficiency in marketing automation technology including Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
