About the Role:
- Own and scale retention marketing across Email, SMS, subscriptions, and customer lifecycle.
- Build best-in-class customer journeys that drive retention and lifetime value.
What You'll Own:
- Email & SMS marketing calendar and automations in Klaviyo.
- Lifecycle strategy including segmentation, personalization, and testing.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years hands-on lifecycle marketing experience with Klaviyo.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
What Success Looks Like:
- Full ownership of email and SMS within 90 days.
- Launch a structured testing roadmap and improve key automations.
