Role Overview:
- This role supports lifecycle marketing programs for new customer acquisition across email and SMS channels.
- Reporting to the Leads Marketing Manager, you will coordinate with internal stakeholders and agency partners.
- The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow skills in campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly email and SMS campaigns from briefing to execution, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Monitor and report channel initiatives, sharing weekly and monthly analytics insights.
- Partner with creative and brand teams to create channel-specific content and manage campaign QA processes.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in CRM, retention, lifecycle, email, SMS, or digital marketing.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo including campaign execution, flows, segmentation, and reporting.
Compensation & Perks:
- Annual base salary range: $75,000 - $85,000 USD.
