Key Responsibilities:

  • Lifecycle Marketing Strategy & Client Communications: Manage lifecycle programs, develop customer journey strategies, and serve as a strategic partner to clients.
  • CRM & Omnichannel Marketing: Design and optimize programs across email, SMS, push, loyalty, and direct mail, building scalable automation and segmentation.
  • Testing, Optimization & Analytics: Execute testing plans, monitor campaign performance, create reports, and track KPIs like engagement, retention, and revenue.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or email marketing with platforms like SFMC, Klaviyo, or Braze.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and retention strategies.
  • Experience managing client relationships and presenting campaign performance insights.
