Role Characteristics:
- Owns three workstreams: Advisory, Delivery, and Support across 30–40 FTEs in US and Spain.
- Accountable for delivery outcomes including quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
- Establishes governance, reporting cadence, and cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own quality of design artifacts from Solution Architects and Tech Leads.
- Manage engineering resource pool as shared capacity model.
- Oversee support SLAs, coverage models, and on-call structures.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in technical delivery or engineering leadership within enterprise software.
- Experience managing distributed international teams.
- Strong operational skills in capacity planning and utilization management.
