Senior Manager, Engineering

Requirements:

• 5+ years managing software engineering teams in a fast-paced agile environment, including 3+ years leading multiple teams through technical leads or managers.
• Experience leading distributed/multi-site teams across time zones (e.g., US/India) and partnering with groups outside direct reporting line.
• Hands-on full-stack engineering background with proven ability to own production systems and incident response in a regulated environment (healthcare, HIPAA/SOC2).

Responsibilities:

• Lead 20+ engineers across multiple agile squads through dedicated technical leads, owning production reliability and incident response for Review-owned systems.
• Set technical vision and provide leadership across design and sprint processes, partnering with Staff Engineers and driving delivery transparency.
• Own hiring, leveling, and career growth for direct reports, attracting and retaining top talent in a culture that grows early-career engineers into future health-tech leaders.
