Product Designer

What You'll Do:

• Develop and refine wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Partner with product to conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

Design Systems and Practice:

• Contribute to the vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with design colleagues to advance design patterns for desktop and mobile.
• Execute user-centered design principles and maintain visual consistency.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate design into development.
• Communicate design rationale to various audiences, including internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and design sprints to drive alignment and innovation.
