Compliance Counsel

As part of the Engine team, you will play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. You will take charge of crafting and executing innovative strategies to build and implement robust compliance programs for fintech products, ensuring compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business development, to integrate regulatory requirements. You will lead the monitoring of evolving regulations, conduct risk assessments, and manage relationships with regulatory bodies. Additionally, you will provide support to the organization by contributing to commercial transactions, corporate governance, privacy initiatives, and overall legal strategy.
