The Role:
- Assist the General Counsel with contracts, IP, compliance, and corporate governance.
- Support legal operations with research, document management, and admin tasks.
What You'll Do:
- Draft and review contracts and legal documents; keep records organized.
- Conduct research on regulations, IP, and commercial law; monitor legislative changes.
- Help manage the IP portfolio and support compliance and governance.
