What You'll Do:
- Design conversational speech systems using Agentic AI and NLU for customer service automation.
- Lead requirement gathering, ideation workshops, and client design sessions.
- Analyze interaction data to identify automation opportunities and make data-driven recommendations.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience design or business analysis work experience.
- Customer-facing consulting experience and ability to present design deliverables.
- Adaptability to use different design tools and willingness to learn new technologies.
