About the Role:
- You will own the customer-facing conversational agent end to end, including conversations, interfaces, and partner experiences.
- You will engage enterprise partners through discovery and launch decisions, shaping the product for many partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive design daily, working hands-on in Figma to produce flows and wireframes.
- Partner with Partner Solutions on implementation and onboarding, and define quality bars with the evaluation team.
- Stay close to GTM, Partner Solutions, and Success teams, feeding field learning back into the roadmap.
We Are Looking For:
- 8+ years of product management experience, with conversational AI and design fluency as strong preferences.
- Ability to write code for prototypes and engage engineers credibly.
- Data-driven approach with familiarity in LLM-based products and their failure modes.
