Accounting Associate (Remote Opportunity)

VetsEZ is seeking an Accounting Associate to join their accounting team. In this role, you will maintain the financial health of partners and subcontractors by assisting with day-to-day accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and upholding established accounting principles and procedures.

Responsibilities include processing payroll, timekeeping data, vendor invoices, and monitoring HSA/FSA/IRA contributions. You will also compile financial data for balance sheets and profit and loss statements, and assist employees with understanding company accounting policies. The candidate must reside within the continental US and have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a relevant field and 5+ years of relevant corporate accounting experience.
