Responsibilities:
- Investigate and evaluate complex general liability claims, particularly construction defect cases.
- Ensure adherence to state-specific claims handling regulations and licensing requirements.
- Resolve claims through effective communication and negotiation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience handling general liability claims, ideally with construction defect.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management systems.
