Define hypotheses, scope experiments, and roll out new capabilities that align with Flodesk’s long-term AI vision. Drive end-to-end product development on strategic projects that operate outside our standard product track. Operate in a lean, high-velocity environment where ideas go from whiteboard to market in weeks, not quarters. Collaborate directly with cofounders to influence company direction, shape strategy, and define success metrics that matter. Serve as a mentor and thought partner to the Core product team.
