What You Will Do:

Define Product Strategy: Define and champion the strategic direction, product vision, and roadmap for your squad, aligning with overall company goals.
Drive Execution: Lead feature scoping, prioritization, and trade-off discussions, translating vision into clear product requirements and user stories.
Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Lead, inspire, and collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing teams to ensure successful launches and measurable outcomes.

About You:

6+ years of product management experience leading complex software products with cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of shipping SaaS products from concept to launch in a fast-paced startup setting.
Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills with a data-driven mindset.
