Role Overview:
- Lead transformation of a large-scale 3D design operation.
- Manage three Design Team Leads and thirteen designers.
- Connect creative production with business and customer goals.
Key Accountabilities:
- Identify bottlenecks and implement automation and AI solutions.
- Monitor metrics to improve efficiency and visual asset performance.
- Plan capacity and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
Requirements:
- Experience managing technical or creative teams in tech environments.
- Process-optimization mindset with automation experience.
- Strong people-management and coaching abilities.
