The Position:

• As Senior Partnerships Manager, you will develop and guide strategy across partner verticals to increase pipeline generation.
• You will scale existing verticals and explore new motions to grow pipeline generation and build strategic relationships.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in partnerships at HR Tech or Payroll related companies.
• Proficiency in AI tools and automation; strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-driven results and ability to work across departments.

Responsibilities:

• Build and own global referral partner motion, managing hundreds of high-impact partners.
• Define referral partner strategy including segmentation, incentives, enablement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to ensure partner success.
