Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting across a growing multi-brand portfolio.
  • Partner with the CFO and executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives and capital allocation.
  • Develop performance analytics and business intelligence to improve visibility into revenue, margins, and EBITDA.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field with 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing FP&A teams in complex, multi-location organizations.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Power BI, and ERP systems such as Sage Intacct.
