What You'll Do:
- Accountable for all corporate FP&A outputs, reviewing and approving deliverables before distribution to the CFO and department heads.
- Lead the annual operating plan process, including kickoff, timeline setting, department challenge conversations, and presenting the consolidated P&L.
- Own the quality standard with zero unexplained variances in any FP&A output.
Team & Process Ownership:
- Manage the FP&A close calendar, enforce deadlines, and improve timelines each quarter.
- Develop and performance-review team members through weekly 1:1s.
- Build trusted relationships with department counterparts via consistent, high-quality financial insight.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, or management consulting with proven ability to run an end-to-end monthly close cycle.
- Experience producing board or investor-level materials and presenting to CFO and C-suite.
- Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills and comfort with large, complex models.
- Structured thinker who can design processes from scratch and document them effectively.
