Business Sales Manager

The Business Sales Manager is responsible for effectively managing all existing and potential customers within Packaging Distribution. They will be responsible for strategic accounts and account/business acquisition in a defined category across all channels. They create and execute short and mid-term business strategies and performance according to the account plan. The manager monitors the customer's financial situation to safeguard the company's interests. The Business Sales Manager must adapt the mix of products to the real needs and potential of each market, monitor the activities of the competition, define and negotiate prices, and identify opportunities to prospect commercial investments and convert other packaging materials to glass. This role also entails maintaining the average payment term and default percentage of the segment, and providing input on customer needs and issues. The skills include lead adjustments, supporting the negotiation process, analyzing sales forecasts, and developing presentations to resolve customer issues. The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent, experience with Key Account Management Programs, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
