Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring solution health and performance, and coach users on foundational Varicent functionality and best practices.
  • Analyze usage and data patterns to identify optimization opportunities, and collaborate with teams to troubleshoot errors and support solution improvements.
  • Contribute to customer conversations for strategic upselling and cross-selling, and help maintain reusable object repositories.

Experience Required:

  • 5+ years in IT Consulting or Enterprise Software Implementation, with prior experience in Query Based Languages and Relational Databases.
  • Technical data skills including strong SQL and Microsoft Excel; understanding of Sales Performance Management and hands-on Varicent experience are preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of system configurations, data models, and data integration best practices.

Performance Milestones:

  • 1-3 months: Complete onboarding and training, familiarize with company systems, and demonstrate professional engagement.
  • 4-6 months: Begin managing defined customer work, adhere to VIP deliverables, and support data validation and config changes with oversight.
  • 7+ months: Manage a full client portfolio independently, deliver core TAM activities like configuration and troubleshooting, and complete Annual Health Checks.
