About the Role:
- Remote-first

- Reporting to the Director, Solutions Architects
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of Solutions Architects, driving Webflow adoption and expansion.
- Refine the operating model for the post-sales technical journey.
- Foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience leading technical post-sales teams.
- Deep technical domain expertise in modern web infrastructure.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
