- Business development; including bringing in new clients and obtaining repeat business from existing clients.
- Leading proposal preparation.
- Developing and implementing a business development plan.
Management:
- Management and mentoring of senior, mid-career and early-career staff.
- Managing subcontractors.
- Building client relationships to repeat business.
Delivery:
- Managing the overall delivery of multiple projects within the scope / budget / schedule expectations.
- Ensuring quality standards on project deliverables.
- Geotechnical or Geostructural engineering design & analyses.
