What you will do:
- Learn all aspects of the paint industry by working with R&D, Marketing, and Sales Operations.
- Attend training sessions and participate in market-wide selling events.
- Become a Brand Ambassador and embody the company mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Territory Representatives in meeting sales goals by calling on customers.
- Manage temporarily assigned territories and drive sales through CRM systems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with a consultative, team-oriented approach.
