Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute growth initiatives, campaigns, and communications to drive user acquisition and engagement for Earn products.
- Explore and develop collaboration opportunities with token partners to expand product offerings and ecosystem reach.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product operations and effective campaign execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in operations, growth, product marketing, partnerships, or business development in crypto, fintech, or internet platforms.
- Strong understanding of crypto Earn products, DeFi ecosystems, and lending/borrowing mechanisms.
