The Role:
- Take full ownership of growth initiatives in a top priority market.
- Combine user acquisition, lifecycle management, and reactivation campaigns with non-standard growth activations.
Responsibilities:
- Drive user growth and reactivation through local growth initiatives and experiments.
- Launch and optimize acquisition and activation campaigns based on data and business priorities.
- Identify growth opportunities through A/B testing, product experiments, and continuous optimization.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Growth, Performance, Digital Marketing, or similar roles.
- Proven experience running end-to-end growth campaigns with measurable business impact.
- Strong analytical skills and ownership mindset in a fast-paced environment.
