About the Opportunity:
- We are looking for a dedicated Business Development Manager to focus on high-volume Affiliates, Trading Communities, and KOLs.
- You will play a key role in expanding our network of Affiliates and VIP clients in Germany and the broader Central EU.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Primary goal: maximize Trading Volume on Futures and Spot Order books through onboarding and retention of Affiliates.
- Proactively search for and attract new affiliates, KOLs, and trading communities to enhance our network.
- Manage and enhance relationships with local crypto influencers and KOLs to drive user acquisition.
What We Look For In You:
- Solid affiliate marketing experience in the Cryptocurrency space.
- Experience in building large affiliate networks from start to finish.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to drive strategic decisions.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams.
- Previous work at a crypto exchange, trading company, or CFD broker.
- Passionate about blockchain technology and the crypto trading space.
