- Work toward a consistent $150k–$200k monthly revenue target per BD, with clear milestones in the first 90 days.
- Report performance with precision: deliver detailed post-campaign reports that demonstrate ROI and build trust for renewals.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Native crypto market knowledge: understand the difference between vanity integrations and high-converting campaigns.
- Hunter sales mentality: self-source leads through conferences, Telegram groups, and a warm Rolodex.
- KOL and affiliate management experience: handle multiple KOL relationships concurrently without needing support.
Location and Culture:
- Based in a genuine Web3 hub like Singapore, Dubai, London, New York, Seoul, or Hong Kong with access to regional conference circuits.
