Accountabilities:

  • Own the full sponsorship and partnership sales cycle, including sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with crypto projects, advertisers, KOLs, and affiliates.
  • Proactively build and maintain a strong outbound pipeline using crypto communities, conferences, Telegram groups, Crypto Twitter, and personal networks.
  • Manage multiple concurrent KOL and affiliate partnerships, ensuring clear communication, timelines, and successful campaign execution.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in crypto, Web3, or digital advertising ecosystems with deep understanding of sponsorship and KOL marketing models.
  • Proven “hunter” sales mentality with experience sourcing and closing deals independently through outbound channels and personal networks.
  • Hands-on experience managing KOLs, affiliates, or influencer partnerships, including negotiation and performance tracking.
