What you'll be doing:
- Own and grow trading volume in your assigned region through KOL partnerships, affiliate programmes, and BD-led community initiatives
- Identify, approach, and close relationships with high-impact KOLs with proven conversion track records
- Leverage your existing network to accelerate onboarding of BDs, KOLs, and partners you've already built trust with
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 3+ years of BD experience at a centralised exchange (CEX) with a demonstrable track record
- Proven specialisation in KOL acquisition and affiliate programme management
- An existing network in your region: KOLs, BD counterparts, community leads, or trading groups
What you'll be working on:
- Set achievable trading volume targets in key markets with a dynamic BD team
- Direct access to product and leadership to close deals quickly
