Manager - Salesforce Engineering

Role Overview:

• Lead a team of Salesforce engineers and team leads to deliver high-quality platform solutions.
• Act as the technical owner of business processes on the Salesforce platform and manage the application lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive process alignment and continuous improvement across the engineering team.
• Collaborate with IT, vendors, and stakeholders to architect integrations and propose system enhancements.
• Oversee implementation activities, configuration, and maintenance while resolving application errors and performance issues.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 10+ years in application development and 5+ years as a manager.
• Experience working on Agile teams and a proven track record of evolving processes and tools.
• Salesforce, Scrum, or Project Management certifications are a plus; proficiency in MS Office tools required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual salary range of $120,730.00 - $187,130.00 USD, plus bonus earnings.
