Payroll Analyst

The Payroll Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and supporting financial reporting through data analysis and reconciliation. Key responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing payroll data to ensure accuracy and timely employee payments, posting payroll transactions to the general ledger, and serving as a point of contact for payroll inquiries. The role also involves staying current with payroll regulations, preparing payroll reports, maintaining expertise in payroll software, and supporting payroll-related projects. Partnering with the Payroll Manager to conduct internal audits and identify areas for improvement is also a key part of the role.
