Role Overview:
- We are seeking a hands-on Senior Product Manager to own day-to-day product leadership for a dedicated engineering team.
- You will turn a portfolio of committed initiatives into shipped outcomes and build a durable engine for continuous experimentation.
What You'll Do:
- Shape the team's roadmap and stand up the remote team with planning, standups, demos, and retros.
- Own delivery and experimentation from discovery through iteration, protecting capacity for high-leverage work.
- Engage stakeholders, represent product with clients and executives, and report impact tied to revenue and conversion.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in product management with consistent shipping of web/mobile to production.
- Client-facing experience, delivery leadership across time zones, and growth/conversion expertise with A/B testing.
- Technical fluency with engineers; healthcare or regulated-industry experience a plus.
