Senior Technical Product Manager (Patient Engagement Experimentation)

About the Role:

• You will be a key member designing technical, service, and content solutions for Medicare patients, owning the test-and-learn infrastructure.
• You will drive data-driven decision making through end-to-end customer data, reporting, and measurement, partnering with business analytics and impact analytics.
• You will create feedback loops for human QA teams to ensure reliability of experiments and scaled AI-outreach products.

What You'll Bring:

• 8+ years of product management experience in technology or SaaS, with 5+ years managing A/B testing in patient/consumer engagement.
• Expertise in multi-channel patient engagement optimization and agentic AI performance tuning.
• Strong analytical fluency in experimental design, power calculations, and statistical interpretation, with proficiency in A/B testing and analytics tools.
