Director, Member Engagement

What You’ll Do:

• Scale, optimize, and continually develop the member contact and engagement center.
• Refine, create, and define strategy and direction to lead a team of engagement associates.
• Be accountable for executing enrollment targets through team build and performance management.

What You Bring & How You Qualify:

• 10+ years of healthcare experience; 3+ years of management experience.
• Demonstrated success in the patient engagement space and leading remote teams.
• Ability to identify and manage key operations metrics to meet or exceed targets.
